Meeting Schedule

3rd Wednesday of the month, 11am – 12pm ET. Registration links available on Upcoming Meetings Webpage in MCC Members Portal.

The QTL Sub-Team meets every other week.

How the meetings work:

We poll members on topics of interest and members come forward with their ideas and topics to present. In a typical meeting, we have a presentation followed by a Q&A and discussion. The audience is always very engaged. It’s an opportunity to exchange ideas, collaborate with your peers and to think. We regularly have over 100 register for the meetings. We would like to thank everyone who has come forward to present at our Community of Practice meetings. If you would like to present, please get in touch.

Recent Community of Practice meetings include:

  • Has COVID-19 led to new KRIs?”
  • KRIs: The vital few
  • Help, we can’t do SDV due to the pandemic – why Centralized Monitoring is the answer
  • Case study on RBQM implementation at a small sponsor
  • Case study on learnings from monitoring a COVID-19 trial

Meeting Output

  • Centralized Monitoring Plan Template
  • Data Analytics Primer
  • Emerging Centralized Monitoring Models White Paper
