My company is not a member. Can I setup a MCC user account?
A: No, your company must be a member of the MCC in order for you to set up a MCC user account. Once your company membership has been processed (that may take a couple of days after we have received your company’s membership payment), you and your colleagues can sign up for MCC user accounts as described below.
Q: My company is a MCC member. How do I create a MCC user account?
A: Each person using the Member-only area must have an unique MCC user account. Your user account will be linked to your company’s MCC Membership so there are no additional fees. Please allow 48 hours for your user account request to be approved. To create a MCC user account, please click on the “Setup User Account” link at the top of this page. Q: I have a MCC user account, how do I log onto the Member-only area?
A: Click on the “Member Login” link at the top of this page to get to the login screen.
Q: I have a MCC user account but I don’t know my user name and/or password, who should I contact?
A: Please give us a call at 317-622-0266 x109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I tried to log onto the Member-only area but I get is a blank screen, what should I do?
A: If you get a blank screen when you try to log onto the member area of our site, you’re having either browser or firewall problems. First, try changing your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, we suggest using either Google Chrome or Apple Safari. If that doesn’t work, please contact your IT department and ask them to allow you access to the site z2systems.com. z2 Systems manages our membership portal. If you’re still having problems, let us know and we’ll try some other things.
Q: How do I sign up for a MCC online education session?
