Linda Sullivan – Co-founder & Executive Director

Linda Sullivan is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of the Metrics Champion Consortium (MCC), an industry association dedicated to leading the drug-development enterprise in the adoption and utilization of standardized metrics and benchmarks to drive performance improvement. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the Healthcare and Clinical Research industries helping organizations improve processes to improve financial and quality outcomes. She has been a featured speaker at Performance Metrics, Risk-Based Monitoring, Quality Management & Clinical Trial Oversight industry meetings, published articles in leading journals and served on industry advisory boards such as the NIH-NCATS Methods and Process Domain Task Force. Linda received a B.S. in Biology from Trinity College and a M.B.A. from Dartmouth College where she was named a Tuck Scholar. Follow Linda on LinkedIn.

Keith Dorricott – MCC Ambassador

Keith Dorricott established the consultancy, Dorricott Metrics & Process Improvement Ltd., in 2016. He provides consultancy services on process improvement and metrics in clinical trials. Keith has a background in manufacturing from Kodak Ltd. and has worked in quality, metrics, process improvement and operational roles over 11 years for two major CROs. He is a Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma quality and process improvement techniques and is an expert in root cause analysis developing a novel approach for clinical trials. He speaks regularly at conferences such as SCOPE and helps run MCC’s renowned annual summit. He facilitates many of the MCC’s work groups and provides expert process input to help subject matter experts reach valuable conclusions. Keith received a BSc(Hons) in Physics from Imperial College,

Terry Holland – Membership Director

Terry Holland is the Membership Director for the Metrics Champion Consortium.  She is responsible for business development, membership engagement, new member orientation, renewals and assisting our members in getting the most from their membership.  Her professional experience in investment management and involvement in the non-profit community have given her many years of experience in client relations. Terry received a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and a M.B.A from Xavier University.

Lara Knitter – Client Services Manager

Lara Knitter oversees external communications and correspondence, including monthly newsletters, and website content. She also manages the digital customer experience in the MCC Member Portal, MCC Store and MCC CRM. Lara’s project management skills and attention to detail provide our members access to the most current metrics, tools and information on our websites. Lara received a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University.
